Ran this for my Shadowdark table tonight. They loved the whimsical mice and rats and squirrels and stuff. But then Barnaby slaughtered the 3rd level fighter, the level 3 priest was down to 1 hp & lost her cure, and the level 2 thief barely survived so they ran home crying when they couldn't save the fighter.
It was beyond awesome!
So glad to hear your group got to brave the manor. It's also satisfying to see it translate to other OSR systems as intended. Thanks for sharing.
This looks like a great adventure to adapt for the currently running Mausritter game jam.
