Optional Rules for Kala Mandala is my response to Centaur Games' desire for feedback for the Kala Mandala Playbook WIP by Munkao. It serves as an examination of cultural elements of Southeast Asia, an expansion of player character options, and an incorporation of mechanics for faction play.
